As a personal training assistant, the GARMIN Forerunner 210 records your heart rate, distance, time plus current and average pace/speed, computes the calories burned and helps to achieve your personal workout goals. The device is very easy to use, supports multiple languages and has a very sensitive antenna. It is the perfect partner for any outdoor activity or when combined with the optional foot pod even indoors. It supports data exchange with a PC via the included USB cable.

Integrated 12 channel GPS receiver with very sensitive built-in SiRFstar antenna. The antenna is positioned behind the bended part of the housing and provides the best possible conditions for receiving the satellites signals regardless of the position of the bearer's wrist.
Premium chest belt with heart rate monitor included. Very soft and comfortable to wear. The chest belt uses a digitally coded signal, which means, once a heart beat sensor and the GPS have established a connection (known as being "paired"), the GPS will never receive a conflicting signal from another sensor. So you can exercise in close proximity to other sensors without fear of interference.
Powered by built-in, rechargeable battery (lasts about 3 weeks with the GPS receiver turned off, about 8 h with the GPS receiver turned on), battery charger included

Information about your training:

Profile: stores personal information such as gender, age, weight and height (in order to calculate the calories burned)
Stop watch with split times (laps). Records split times either manually by pressing the "lap" key or automatically based on a user defined distance.
History: Forerunner keeps track of your workouts. It stores the date, time, distance, duration, calories burned, average speed and average heart rate for each workout. You may transfer these data on a computer for further analysis and archiving.
Stores up to 1'000 laps.
Supports metric and U.S. units.

You may download this software either from GARMIN's website or from our server, see Downloads below. The software requires a PC with Windows 2000 or later and an USB connector or an Intel-based Mac or PowerPC (G3 or newer) running OS X 10.4 or later with an USB connector. Training Center provides the following features:

Multi-lingual user interface: The software supports the languages English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
User management: Supports multiple Edge devices.
Data exchange: Supports archiving of data collected with Edge 800 devices.
Data export: Supports data export as XML files.
