The GARMIN NavTalk GSM is great combination of a mobile phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA) and a GPS receiver. It provides automatic route calculating with visual and voice guidance. The 2 band mobile phone provides all the features you would expect from a mobile phone including short messages (SMS) and a WAP browser. The PDA supports contacts, a calendar with appointments, tasks and notes and allows synchronisation with email and groupware systems such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. In addition, the NavTalk GSM provides an easy to use multi-lingual user interface, has an easy to read gray scale display, an extremely sensitive antenna, an integrated world map (overview) plus a detailed map of Europe, Africa and the near East. There is 16 MB of built-in memory to store even more detailed information, such as local roads, restaurants and points of interest, see detailed description.
