The following lists of changes are based on information provided by GARMIN. Changes or improvments which we consider important or especially useful are shown highlighted.

To view the current firmware version, complete the following steps:

1. Power on your nüvifone G60
2. Unlock the display if necessary
3. Touch "Settings"
4. Touch the menu icon (3 horizontal lines)
5. Touch "About"
6. The current firmware version will be displayed
7. Touch the back icon to go back to the previous page

Each upgrade replaces the complete firmware in the GPS, which means you need to install only the version you wish to apply. There is no need to install any previous versions.

Changes made from version 5.06.1 to 5.07.1:

1. Updated several translations for the UI text.
2. Fixed a problem that occurred when playing music with a BT headset connected, after receiving a call the ringtone kept ringing.
3. No longer saves credit card numbers and SSN for auto-complete.
4. Fixed a problem with handling expired cookies.
5. Double tapping in the web browser will now zoom in on a web page element.
6. Improved handling for document files larger than 5MB.
7. Corrected an invalid location problem that was caused by the servers returning an invalid location for cell tower triangulation.
8. Improved the timing for route recalculation.
9. Improved the display of the turn-by-turn text on the map page.
10. Play a tone when a call ends. The tone plays through the active audio output and specifically alerts the user to a dropped call.
11. Fixed an issue with buttons being shifted up on the incoming call page.
12. Improved image loading performance.
13. Increased the descriptiveness of the weather condition icons by adding more icons and increasing the granularity.
14. Improved the presentation of the weather data to increase user understandability and usability.
15. Fixed a problem where repeating all day events were repeating one more day than expected.
16. Improved the display of decimal numbers.
17. Implemented IMEI Lock feature.
18. Released new version of the APN database which includes new carrier entries.
19. Fixed some problems observed when an A2DP connection fails.
20. Fixed connection problem with Altec Lansing headset.
21. Fixed a sleep current corner case if the device has a soft-reset while sleeping.
22. Robustness and security improvements to the flash-tool updater mechanism.
