The package includes a chest belt with heart beat sensor. The sensor uses a digitally coded signal, which means, once a heart beat sensor and the T3C have established a connection, the watch will never receive a conflicting signal from another sensor. So you can excersise in close proximity to other sensors without fear of interference. The SUUNTO T3C supports concurrent connections to a heart beat and a speed sensor.

There is a USB PC-Pod available as an option to transfer the data wireless to a PC and analyze them in detail. You may download the programm SUUNTO Training Manager Lite 1.2.0 either from our server or from SUUNTO.

These are the main features:

The SUUNTO T3C provides 3 main functions with various sub-functions plus settings:

	1. Time keeping: Shows weekday, time and date, calendar pre-programmed up to the year 2050 Dual time One alarm with snooze function
	2. Training: Chest belt with heart rate monitor (included in package). Provides alarm functions when heart rate below lower or above upper limit. Training assistant with various functions such as split time and laps After a training unit, the watch shows the following values: Training effect, duration, laps or intervals, calories burned, average and maximum heart rate, time spent in and outside of heart rate limit and zones (stores the results of the last 15 training units). Summaries over the current and last week plus summaries over the last six months. Stores the following values: Training effect, duration, calories burned and time spent in each heart rate zone. There is a USB PC-Pod available as an option to transfer the data wireless to a PC and analyze them in detail. Speed sensors:

The speed sensors shown below are available as options. They come with user instructions and a CDrom which provides software to extend the SUUNTO Training Manager (STM) with functions related to speed and distance. The sensors use a digitally coded signal, which means, once a speed sensor and the T3C have established a connection, the watch will never receive a conflicting signal from another sensor. So you can excersise in close proximity to other sensors without fear of interference. The SUUNTO T3C supports concurrent connections to a heart beat and a speed sensor.
